Are there standards of conduct and appearance that should be respected?

People attending NDORS courses should conduct themselves in a respectful manner to the course trainers and others attending the course. NDORS has a zero tolerance policy towards offensive and abusive behaviour. Maintaining a comfortable environment in which all attendees can participate is important.  Course attendees are required to have a clean appearance and are individually responsible for their general presentation, appearance and personal hygiene, and they have a responsibility to consider how others may perceive their appearance.  Course attendees should not wear clothing which is likely to cause embarrassment to themselves or others.

NDORS reserves the right to refuse access or expel anyone for wearing inappropriate dress or for poor personal hygiene. Normally where this is implemented the course attendee will be referred back to the police and the matter will proceed by way of the criminal justice system.
