FAQs

What happens if an individual is ill on the day they are supposed to be attending the course?

Please note Providers and Police Forces can only deal with the individual who is supposed to be attending the course.  If a family member rings up on an individual’s behalf they will not be able to deal with them unless they have received specific instruction in writing to act on behalf of that individual.

‘We’ can only accept evidence of illness from a registered medical practitioner, whether it is a doctor or a registered nurse who is qualified to say the individual was so disabled by their condition that they could not attend the course at that particular time. If this is the case then you can reschedule attendance on a course.
This is normally explained in greater detail in the terms and conditions section of the course providers correspondence or on their website.
