WHEN YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE POLICE

You MUST contact the relevant police force if your enquiry relates to:

  • The alleged offence
  • Any query about course offers/whether you are eligible for a course
  • Lost correspondence issued by the Police
  • Your course offer has expired
  • Lost reference/PIN details
  • You are unable to attend a course in the time given
  • Incorrect personal details in correspondence
  • Any problems with on-line bookings/accounts
  • Any matter relating to past offences or course attendance dates

If you have checked the other categories here and cannot find the answer to your question,  please go to the ‘contacting us’ link below to email us your question/query.  Do be aware that if your query relates to any of the above issues, we will simply advise you to contact the Police.

PLEASE NOTE: any queries or complaints left at this email address will NOT be considered by either the Police or Course Providers as notification from you in the event your offence or course offer dates expire.  You will receive a response from this email address within 5 working days or sooner where possible.
