Become an assessor

NDORS is a positive force in the provision of driver and rider education to those who commit less serious driver related motoring offences as an alternative to prosecution.

The primary aim of the scheme, in support of the UK police service, is to change road user behaviour and reduce offending. To achieve this we require assessors to robustly assess NDORS licensed trainers who deliver the courses.

Do you have the necessary skills and abilities we require to ensure the trainers deliver consistent courses across the UK?

Successful applicants

Successful applicants will be home-based self-employed contractors, and will be expected to travel to various training venues across home and adjoining counties.

They will be paid a fixed rate per course assessed, which will include travel expenses, travelling time, completion of reports and the use of own ICT equipment.

Expenses including excess mileage will be paid when appropriate and authorised. Unless otherwise agreed, it is expected that any appointed assessors would, on average, carry out at least eight assessments per month.

Those successful in interview will be subject to police vetting clearance prior to any appointment.

While we are not currently recruiting, we are always keen to have a viable pool of external assessors. If you are interested in expressing your interest in any future vacancies, please contact Sarah Di Salvo – sarah.disalvo@ndors.co.uk.
